I know, I know, there is absolutely no skill or creativity involved in this recipe. It is simple but effective, I like to say.
These delectable morsels are rich and satisfying - a great way to end a Christmas Roast, especially if you are trying to avoid sugar or prefer having smaller sweet delights after a big meal.

Date Peanut Butter Cups
Organic, sugar-free peanut butter
- Slice the medjool dates vertically down one side. Remove the pip and slightly open the dates out like a book.
- Spoon a teaspoon of peanut butter into the date, making sure to get it all the way down the bottom.
- Sprinkle a few sunflower seeds over the peanut butter coming out of each medjool date.
- Serve on a beautiful platter after your delicious Christmas dinner!
