I had the privilege of creating a nutrient-dense dish for Love Your Body Health Hub this week. This meal is great as a casual home cooked supper or for a dinner party with friends. The omega-3 fats from the salmon and energy-rich greens make it a wonderful post-workout meal, but of course it's also great for a normal weekday with your loved ones!
If you're vegetarian, skip on the salmon and bulk out the Israeli Mushroom and Wild Rice Salad.
