Shopping List & Pantry Staples

A number of readers have asked me if I have a general shopping list that I keep to, and if they could see it. I am always happy to share tips and tricks that will feed, nourish and value all of you, so I put together (what I generally keep in my mind) a list of foods and pantry staples. If I keep my fridge and pantry stocked with these items, I find that I am able to create delicious healthy meals and snacks with ease and in a matter of moments.

We don't go through this every week, obviously. In fact, I don't re stock many of these pantry staples for at least a month, if not more.

Most of the recipes on my recipe page only require ingredients from the following list. You can omit many of the pantry staples if you don't bake nourishing sweet treats, but baking is a weekly delight in our house!
