Nutritional Health Coaching Services.
A consultation with Danielle will address your health concerns and goals from a nutritional and well-being perspective. We look at your current diet, your energy levels, your digestion, how you move, and how you feel day-to-day. We consider how these elements might relate to what you eat, and we discuss what tools will best support your health goals going forward. Additionally, and if it is beneficial to you, we will explore any emotions and beliefs that may be inhibiting your health. Following the initial consultation you will receive an authentic Nutritional Health Plan that realistically reflects your lifestyle, budget, and food preferences.
Nutritional Health Coaching Package.
Includes an initial One-on-one Consultation (see above), followed by 2 follow-up sessions (1 per month) to discuss your progress, any possible tweaks we can make to your plan, and how we can best support your ongoing health goals. This is a great time to discuss additional changes you would like to see in your health and body as you will only continue to see your desired results. Email communication is available during the entire 3 months, and additional appointments are available at a small cost if you so desire.
Consultations are face-to-face in Auckland or via Skype.
This is a 20 - 30 minute session that takes place via phone or Skype.
