Pre & Post Natal Workshop


An evening for those planning on becoming pregnant one day, currently expecting, and postpartum mothers. 

The workshop will kick off with 30 minutes of  Pilates presented by Mat Works NZ with a focus on the do's and don'ts of exercising during pregnancy & postpartum. We will provide all the gear, including mats so you don't have to. 

I will then present a discussion on how to prepare your body for pregnancy, and how to support your growing baby during those wonderful nine months of gestation, and I will also delve into some key areas to consider during postpartum to support your own health and wellness. All this will take place as you nibble away at a healthy sweet treat!
